Our Nurse Practitoners provide a range of services, such as:

• Periodic health exams and well baby visits;

• Diagnosing illness, ordering tests, and writing prescriptions to help treat acute illness or injury;

• Provide education on how to manage chronic and acute disease;

• Provide counselling and support to you and your family members;

• Prenatal and postnatal care; and

• Refer you to specialist and other health care providers, as needed.
